Organizational Structure

At Peace Is Possible in Nigeria (PIPN), our organizational structure is designed to ensure effective leadership, accountability, and the successful delivery of our peacebuilding initiatives. Each unit plays a vital role in advancing our mission of promoting sustainable peace, social cohesion, and community resilience across Nigeria.

The Board of Directors provides strategic leadership, governance, and oversight for the organization. The Board ensures that PIPN remains aligned with its vision, mission, values, and long-term objectives while upholding the highest standards of accountability and transparency.

Executive Director

The Executive Director leads the organization’s day-to-day operations, provides overall strategic direction, and oversees the implementation of programs and organizational policies. This role ensures effective coordination of resources, partnerships, and institutional growth.

Programs Department

The Programs Department is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing peacebuilding initiatives, community engagement activities, youth development programs, conflict resolution interventions, and other strategic projects that advance the organization’s mission.

Communications and Advocacy Unit

This unit drives public engagement, awareness campaigns, media relations, and stakeholder communications. It also leads advocacy efforts aimed at promoting peace, influencing policy discussions, and amplifying the voices of communities affected by conflict.

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Unit

The MEL Unit measures the effectiveness, impact, and sustainability of programs through data collection, analysis, reporting, and continuous learning. This ensures that interventions remain evidence-based, adaptive, and results-driven.

Administration and Operations

The Administration and Operations Unit provides essential organizational support by managing human resources, finance, logistics, procurement, compliance, and other operational functions necessary for efficient service delivery.

Our Collaborative Approach

Together, these departments work in synergy to strengthen peacebuilding efforts, foster community resilience, and create lasting positive change in communities across Nigeria.
